Pour des prises en charge thérapeutiques intégratives
Nous sommes soucieux d’apporter aux patients du centre les meilleurs prises en charges possibles. Cette préoccupation nous amène à nous tenir au courant des avancées de la recherche en psychologie (sur les troubles psychologiques et les approches psychothérapeutiques) par des lectures, formations, supervisions et également par l’implication dans des projets de recherche.
Pour un.e psychologue, la recherche est très complémentaire du suivi de patients en psychothérapie (la pratique clinique). Les connaissances acquises au travers de la recherche enrichissent la pratique des thérapeutes auprès des patients. L’expérience auprès de chaque patient amène des observations et une réflexion qui nourrissent les questionnements de la recherche.
Plusieurs praticiens du CTINT sont impliqués dans des projets de recherche et l’équipe se réunie plusieurs fois par an pour échanger sur les recherches en cours. Les patients du centre peuvent être sollicités dans ce cadre pour participer à certaines recherches et aider ainsi à faire avancer les connaissances en psychologie soit au niveau d’une meilleurs compréhensions des processus impliqués dans différentes difficultés ou troubles psychologiques, soit au niveau des prises en charges psychothérapeutiques (efficacités des nouveaux traitements).
